Senior Fund Administrator

Supporting regulatory reporting and fund administration activities, the full-time Senior Fund Administrator will manage the monthly collection, validation, and analysis of data for over 300 funds, ensuring accurate regulatory filings in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate the collection and validation of portfolio, financial, and reference data from multiple sources for regulatory submissions Prepare and review regulatory filings, including Forms N-PORT and N-CEN, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to support fund launches and operational processes Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or regulatory reporting Direct experience with SEC regulatory filings for registered funds, specifically N-PORT and N-CEN Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and management of large datasets Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet regulatory deadlines
