Senior Fund Accountant

Financial AnalystPrepare quarterly and annual financial statements for private equity funds and co-investment entities.Interact with limited partners and support their needs in reports and information.Work with deal team and legal department on the funds flow, deal structure and closing documents.Assist in the yearly audit of the Firm's funds and tax obligations.Manage projects and workflow with outsourced accounting support.Requirements/PreferencesUndergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance2-5 years' experience in public/private accounting in the private equity (preferred)Organized and detailed orientedExcellent quantitative and qualitative skillsAbility to multi-task projects, day-to-day work and ad hoc requests that come upAllue/AltaRetrun and QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required
