Job Summary: We’re seeking a Senior Fund Accountant with 3‑6 years of public audit experience with financial services clients. The ideal candidate will have a CPA, strong technical accounting skills, and a minimum 3.2 GPA from a top college. This hybrid role offers a collaborative environment in Chicago, IL.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements for investment funds - USGAAP compliant.
- Oversee fund accounting processes (capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations).
- Perform variance analysis and reconcile fund activity.
- Mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
- Prepare investor reports and handle ad‑hoc projects.
Qualifications
- 3‑6 years of experience in public accounting (tax or audit) with financial services clients.
- CPA license and minimum 3.2 GPA from a top‑tier university.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and fund structures.
