Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee fund accounting records , ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform NAV calculations and reconcile fund activity
• Analyze portfolio transactions , including investments, income, and expenses
• Coordinate with auditors and support year-end audit processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Assist with capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
• Monitor and reconcile cash positions and investment activity
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

? What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in fund accounting (required)
• CPA, CPA-eligible, or actively pursuing CPA certification
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
