To support a transformative approach in enterprise planning, the full-time Senior Functional Consultant will manage solution usability, resolve customer issues, and configure the o9 platform while working remotely from various locations in Canada. Key responsibilities Demonstrate knowledge of industry best practices and ensure solution usability by resolving customer issues promptly Configure the o9 platform based on change requests and deliver enhancements to address supply chain challenges Support training for Super Users and End Users, while actively improving internal processes based on customer feedback Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in implementing supply chain demand planning applications Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field Familiarity with SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages; experience with statistical and optimization tools is desirable Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Management and S&OP Strong analytical skills to process large data sets and prioritize high-value opportunities
