Driving the strategy of client solutions, the full-time Senior Functional Consultant will manage the implementation process, develop configuration strategies, and provide tailored best practices to ensure a remarkable client experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the solution strategy and collaborate with project teams to ensure effective implementation of the Kantata solution Identify and solve complex business problems while aligning client requirements with Kantata's best practices Drive deployment activities including requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, and user acceptance testing Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; B.Tech or equivalent qualification preferred 10+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing technical field such as professional services or consulting Experience designing, configuring, and deploying SaaS-based software solutions, including custom reports and dashboards Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions and implementation methodologies Broad technical knowledge of internet-based products and technologies
