To support a major platform transformation, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst, PLM will translate business needs into configured solutions on an enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform, focusing on requirements gathering, functional design, and codeless configuration while working onsite. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for product lifecycle and engineering change processes Lead user acceptance testing, including building test plans and coordinating business testers to ensure readiness for validation and production release Design and configure workflows and business-process handlers supporting engineering change management and document approval Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 10 years of experience as a functional analyst or business analyst supporting an enterprise PLM platform Hands-on experience configuring a PLM platform's data model without custom code Strong experience configuring workflows and approval processes for engineering change and document control Experience leading user acceptance testing in a regulated environment
