To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst II will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams while working remotely and requiring a Public Trust security clearance. Key responsibilities Lead the capture of business requirements and manage them in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool Collaborate with business users and IT to document functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate backlog refinement sessions Required qualifications Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects Strong analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
