Job Description

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, NextJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Develop user interfaces in TypeScript and CSS, and use tools such as WebPack and ESLint.
• Design, implement, and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support dynamic and scalable front-end experiences.
• Build and deploy scalable and secure solutions on AWS, leveraging services like RDS, S3, and event frameworks.
• Work with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and optionally NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB).
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application performance, reliability, and maintainability across the stack.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across front-end and back-end components.
• Collaborate with team members in architecture discussions and agile ceremonies.
• Implement and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end features.
• Build, deploy, and operate applications on AWS using services including RDS and S3.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in React and NextJS.
• Experience with TypeScript, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and Jest.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and deployment practices.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Ruby code bases.
• Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Grafana.
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience designing elegant user interfaces.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $84.51/hour
