Senior Fullstack Engineer - Early-Stage Fintech with Equity

Dispatch is looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to lead development of the early product, owning end-to-end features and influencing the roadmap. You will impact architecture decisions and drive high-quality, user-facing web applications.

As an early employee, you’ll shape the technical vision, mentor teammates, and ensure observability and smooth production operation while maintaining a fast cadence in a high-ambiguity startup environment.
