Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will support the development of the FBI FDP system using a Postgres/Java/React technology stack. These engineers will work with an existing development team to deliver features and capabilities required for MVP release. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering large‑scale enterprise applications from concept through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain front‑end and back‑end application components.
- Integrate components, create new custom capabilities, and make modifications to existing codebases.
- Participate in planning, requirements analysis, development, testing, and quality assurance across the full SDLC.
- Conduct code reviews, participate in architecture sessions, and provide input on development best practices.
- Support automation and optimization of operations and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, BA, and Test Engineer to ensure features meet functional and acceptance criteria.
- Plan and execute application deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with 508 accessibility, enterprise security practices, and other practices as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in full‑stack software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
- Strong experience in Java, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and relational database development (Postgres preferred).
- Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, GitLab, containerization, and modern agile delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional agile team.
Security Clearance requirement
Must possess active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this role.
