Leading the technical direction for the Acquisition & Onboarding team, the full-time remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will define long-term strategy, mentor engineers, and enhance the quality and speed of development across mobile, web, and backend systems. Key responsibilities Own and deliver quarterly goals while guiding engineers through complex problem-solving Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle Establish and maintain operational standards, including monitoring and testing processes for team artifacts Required qualifications 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on mobile and web applications Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with backend technologies such as Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes Experience leading mobile initiatives using React Native or native technologies Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable backend systems and maintain high reliability in production A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
