Contribute to an AI training project by applying senior-level full-stack engineering expertise to complex software development, debugging, architecture, code evaluation, and cross-language implementation work. The role spans both front-end and back-end systems and is intended for engineers who are comfortable working across the full application stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, solve, review, and validate challenging software engineering tasks across front-end and back-end systems.
  • Translate complete coding builds from one programming language into another.
  • Develop, modify, and debug front-end and back-end application components.
  • Implement user-facing functionality along with the services, APIs, and data models that support it.
  • Trace requests and data across browsers, front-end applications, APIs, services, databases, and external integrations.
  • Work within unfamiliar repositories and determine how existing application architectures are structured.
  • Diagnose failures involving application state, API contracts, authentication, persistence, networking, and deployment.
  • Evaluate and improve code written in multiple programming languages.
  • Review AI-generated solutions for correctness, completeness, performance, security, and maintainability.
Qualifications
  • Strong professional experience developing production full-stack applications.
  • Meaningful hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end engineering.
  • Production experience with multiple programming languages.
  • Relevant technologies and languages include Python, React, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Rust, Go, and TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of browser applications, APIs, application state, databases, and service integrations.
  • Experience understanding and contributing to the architecture of complete software systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in unfamiliar codebases.
  • Strong debugging and technical problem-solving skills.
Work Terms
  • Independent contractor engagement.
  • Fully remote and open to candidates globally.
  • Approximately 15 hours of work per week.
  • Flexible scheduling, with the ability to choose working hours and days, including weekends, provided there is ongoing activity.
  • Selected candidates should be prepared to begin promptly, with first tasks expected within 24 to 48 hours after onboarding is completed.
Compensation
  • Stated compensation range is $50 to $100 per hour.
  • Compensation is output-based, with payment made for tasks that meet project specifications.
  • Task completion time may vary based on the contractor''s experience and workflow.
  • Minimum submission requirements apply, including a required minimum number of tasks each week.
