The role involves working across Java, Scala, Angular, and modern cloud technologies while driving engineering excellence and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Design and build scalable enterprise applications for financial modeling and analyticsDevelop robust full-stack solutions using Java, Scala, Angular, and related technologiesEnsure high standards in SDLC, code quality, performance, and system reliabilityCollaborate with business and product teams to define and deliver requirementsEvaluate and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development practices (GenAI, Copilot, etc.)Mentor engineering teams and promote technical excellence and best practicesDrive agile delivery, CI/CD adoption, and automated testing practicesRequired Skills:10+ years in software engineering with strong full-stack development experienceExpertise in Java and Scala ecosystemsStrong knowledge of databases including Snowflake, data structures, and query optimizationSolid understanding of algorithms, design patterns, and modern SDLC practicesExperience building and scaling enterprise-grade applications in cloud environmentsExposure to GenAI, Copilot, or AI/ML tools for development or automation use casesStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with global teams and leadership exposureDomain experience in finance, investment banking, or related areas preferred
