We are looking for a strong, hands-on Senior Full StackEngineer for an immediate client requirement in New Jersey.

This is a senior engineering role for someone who can hitthe ground running , take complete ownership of technical deliverables, andindependently solve complex engineering problems.

The ideal consultant should be highly hands-on, technicallystrong, solution-oriented, and capable of working directly with clientstakeholders and engineering teams with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, anddeliver scalable and high-performing full-stack applications.
• Take end-to-end ownershipof complex technical requirements from design through production.
• Work hands-on acrossfront-end, backend, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Quickly understandexisting applications and architecture with minimal ramp-up time.
• Analyze complex problemsand propose creative, scalable, and practical technical solutions.
• Make sound technical andarchitectural decisions.
• Develop and integrate RESTAPIs and microservices.
• Troubleshoot complexapplication and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Write clean, maintainable,reusable, and well-tested code.
• Participate inarchitecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate closely withclient stakeholders, architects, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidanceto other developers when required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-onFull Stack Engineering experience.
• Strong experiencedeveloping enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong backend developmentexperience with Java/Spring Boot,.NET/.NET Core, Node.js, orequivalent enterprise technologies .
• Strong experience with RESTAPIs, microservices, and system integrations .
• Strong SQL and databaseexperience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS,Azure, or GCP .
• Strong understanding ofapplication architecture, design patterns, data structures, scalability,and performance.
• Experience with Git,CI/CD, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
• Excellent debugging androot-cause-analysis capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving andanalytical skills.
• Excellent communicationand client-facing skills.
• Ability to workindependently with minimal supervision.
• Must be comfortableworking onsite in New Jersey .
