Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain a large, client-facing web platform using Java and React .

You will:

• design and develop scalable backend services in Java and responsive user interfaces in React
• contribute to distributed systems, cloud architecture, and microservice design
• deliver maintainable, secure, and high-quality software
• write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• participate in architecture, platform design, and technical decision-making
• investigate production issues and implement sustainable improvements
• create and maintain technical documentation

Team

You will join a cross-functional engineering team responsible for developing and supporting OneSource web services. You will work closely with engineers, architects, product stakeholders, business analysts, testers, and platform teams.

Your expertise

You bring:

• strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Framework / Spring Batch / Spring Boot
• experience with Cloud native technology (Microservices, container technology) and DevOps
• strong frontend development experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices
• a solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
• experience with relational databases (Sybase or MSSQL, Oracle), data modeling, and strong SQL skills
• strong automated testing and software-quality practices
• accustomed with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• knowledge of Git, CI/CD, secure coding, and production support
• experience analyzing business requirements and documenting technical solutions
• strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Experience with Microsoft Azure, containerized platforms, Kubernetes, event-driven systems, observability tools, and large client-facing applications would be an advantage.
