About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to play a key role in building and scaling a sophisticated technology platform that powers advanced analytics and AI‑driven insights.

What You’ll Do
- Architect, design, and develop scalable full‑stack applications
- Build and optimize modern frontend experiences using contemporary frameworks
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js or Python
- Design and manage databases and data‑intensive applications
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance
- Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers and help foster a strong engineering culture
- Contribute to hiring and scaling the engineering team as the organization grows
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including product, data, and leadership
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack Engineer
- Experience building modern frontend applications using React or similar frameworks
- Backend development experience with Node.js and Python
- Experience designing scalable architectures including microservices, serverless, or event‑driven systems
- Strong experience with database design, query optimization, and data modeling
- Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment
