To help continue scaling our award-winning SaaS platform, we are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As both a leader and individual contributor, this person will have significant input on key product, architecture and recruiting decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor software across the entire tech stack

• Review code and promote software development best practices

• Build and maintain backend APIs, microservices and data pipelines

• Iterate and back test machine learning models

• Provide thoughtful input on key product, database and infrastructure decisions

• Collaborate across departments with fellow teammates in support, implementation, sales, etc.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-stack experience required

Strong candidates should be comfortable with the following:

• Having fun while solving hard problems

• A high-output, high-excitement environment

• Using AI tools as a core part of how you build. This is your default, not an experiment.

• Communicating honestly and transparently

• Attention to detail

• Working with lots of data

Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of our tech stack or be willing to learn:

• Python

• Django

• Node.js, Vue.js

• AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, Lambda, SQS)

Extra credit for experience working with:

• Elasticsearch

• Telephony, Voice and Messaging APIs

• Keras/Tensorflow

• HIPAA Compliance

Additional Information:

Candidates who can work out of our downtown Raleigh office are preferred, but we will also consider exceptional remote applications. We work from our downtown Raleigh office on

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with the option to work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
