Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and architecture of our end-to-end web applications. In this role, you will work across the entire stack—building responsive, intuitive user interfaces on the frontend while designing scalable microservices, robust APIs, and performant data storage solutions on the backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies.
• API Development: Design, build, and document secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Frontend Excellence: Create responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces that deliver seamless customer experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Database Management: Structure, optimize, and maintain relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and query efficiency.
• DevOps & Delivery: Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications, and deploy services to cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, testable code with high unit/integration test coverage while participating in peer code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering full-stack production web applications.
• Frontend Proficiency: Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular, or Next.js) alongside HTML5/CSS3 and state management.
• Backend Mastery: Deep knowledge of backend runtime environments and frameworks (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/FastAPI, Java/Spring Boot, or Go).
• Data Management: Solid understanding of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis, including query optimization and schema design.
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation tools.
• Core Fundamentals: Strong grasp of web security best practices (OWASP), asynchronous programming, system design, and software architecture patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serverless architectures, event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), or microservices.
• Knowledge of web performance monitoring, logging tools (Datadog, Splunk), and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
