Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Title: AVP/VP

Location: NYC, USA.

Mode of Work: 3 days/week onsite

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, cloud technologies, APIs, databases, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications from concept to production.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
• Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external systems.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks .
• Strong backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies .
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices .
• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP .
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated deployment pipelines .
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization .
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
