Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity with a fast-growing Voice AI technology company in Redwood City, CA .

You will work directly with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI and voice automation solutions . This role combines full-stack software engineering, customer-facing technical work, AI integrations, and product development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial prototype through production deployment.
• Build full-stack applications and integrations using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and JavaScript .
• Develop enterprise integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling platforms, and other business systems .
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Partner with sales and engineering teams on technical discovery, prototypes, demos, and system designs.
• Develop and optimize solutions using Voice AI, LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering .
• Troubleshoot technical issues, remove project blockers, and communicate progress and risks clearly.
• Build reusable tools, integrations, and engineering patterns.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience , preferably in customer-facing or startup environments.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python .
• Experience building production-grade software and distributed systems .
• Experience developing APIs, integrations, and cloud-based applications.
• Customer-facing experience such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project ownership skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Redwood City, CA .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Voice AI, conversational AI, LLMs, generative AI, or AI agents .
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience at a high-growth technology startup or as a founding engineer.
• Experience taking products or technical solutions from 0-to-1 .
• Strong understanding of AI application development and LLM prompting.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $215,000–$290,000 per year
• Full-time, on-site position in Redwood City, CA .
• Visa support may be available for qualified candidates, including eligible H-1B transfers and TN visa candidates.
