As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll own features end-to-end across our patient and clinical products—shipping reliable, accessible experiences that make specialty care feel effortless in any language. You'll work closely with design, clinical, and AI teams to turn hard problems into simple, dependable software.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features across web and API layers.
- Partner with clinical and design teams to translate care workflows into product.
- Improve platform reliability, performance, and observability.
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar on code quality and testing.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications (React + modern backend).
- Strong fundamentals in APIs, data modeling, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience shipping in a fast-moving, product-focused environment.
- Bonus: healthcare, telehealth, or regulated-industry experience.
