Senior Full Stack Engineer

Salary: $77,690 - 93,562 per year

• Demonstrated experience as a full stack engineer with hands-on expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
• Strong command of modern web technologies, including JavaScript or TypeScript, React or Angular for the front end, and Node.js, Python, or comparable tools for back-end services.
• Experience working with complex workflows and integrating systems in production environments.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience handling protected health information in line with HIPAA requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, SQL or NoSQL databases, and API design.
• Ability to thrive in a small senior engineering team, with leadership and collaborative strengths.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building dependable, scalable solutions for sensitive data processing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly across teams.

• Develop, improve, and maintain the full stack components of our Bronson platform, ensuring strong performance and scalability.
• Partner with our product team to turn complex workflows into efficient technical solutions aligned with real-world legal case management needs.
• Build capabilities that support document management, medical records processing, and portfolio valuation within the platform.
• Work with production data under controlled access to validate functionality using live data while upholding strict security practices.
• Implement HIPAA-aligned safeguards to protect sensitive protected health information throughout the development lifecycle.
• Take part in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to support high-quality software delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Communicate cross-functionally with legal professionals and stakeholders to understand changing requirements.

We work closely with a leading plaintiffs law firm and build against real production workflows, validating our systems on live data while maintaining HIPAA-aligned security and privacy standards.
