Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to full-stack development within an Agile/Scrum team environment.
- Mentor and coach fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
- Work with databases including MongoDB, DocumentDB, Neo4j, AWS RDS, and others.
- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and implement CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Utilize containerization technologies including Kubernetes and Helm.
- Design and deploy applications following established architectural patterns.
- Contribute to open-source and inner-source repositories.
- Collaborate across teams to define, design, and deliver scalable software solutions.
- Use DevAssist tools like GitHub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to enhance development workflows.
- Stay engaged with the open-source community and current technology trends.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-stack development and Agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience with two or more databases: MongoDB, DocumentDB, Neo4j, AWS RDS, etc.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization.
- Experience with API design, deployment, and integration.
- Knowledge of software architecture and scalable system design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
