Position Overview
Lockheed Martin Ground Product Lines (GPL) Team is seeking a Full Stack Engineer and DevSecOps Developer to work directly with customers to implement and enhance their environments and DevSecOps capabilities.
The role focuses on maturing GPL’s DevSecOps implementation, automating processes, and delivering value quickly and efficiently to commercial, military, and intelligence users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop software supporting cutting‑edge programs.
- Establish an updated software development environment.
- Support diverse program adoption of modern software development best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with at least one modern programming language.
- Familiarity with modern software development concepts such as CI/CD, micro‑service architecture, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, Agile development, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Desired Skills
- Experience with cloud‑agnostic infrastructure as code and configuration as code technologies.
- Experience provisioning and managing cloud resources.
- Experience with cloud‑native technologies and standards around container orchestration, package management, admission control, logging and monitoring, service mesh and traffic observability.
- Linux OS background.
- Experience with enterprise version control tooling.
- Security as code background.
- Familiarity with test‑driven development.
- Experience contributing to open source.
- Familiarity with Government DevSecOps initiatives.
- Self‑motivated with strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with different customers in varying work environments.
- Experience with automated build, test, continuous delivery and deployment.
- Certifications in Cyber Security and Cloud Native Technology.
- Active government security clearance.
- Demonstrated growth mindset.

Annual base salary range for the position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC: $97,100 - $171,235.
Security Clearance
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen. Clearance level: TS/SCI.
