Vitalize Care is building a labor and capacity operating system for health systems, starting with staffing decisions in hospitals. You’ll own the decision engine that turns complex clinical workflows into reliable software that recommends and eventually executes staffing actions.
Work directly with clinicians and product teams to refine rules, improve confidence, and explain decisions. This role requires strong Typescript skills, systems thinking, and customer-facing collaboration.
