Hybrid Full Time Software Development

Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join its Private Wealth Technology team. This role will design, build, and support scalable, high-performance applications and integrations that support wealth management advisors, clients, and related data platforms. The ideal candidate has strong C#/.NET development experience, advanced SQL and data skills, and the ability to independently drive projects from requirements through production deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications and integrations.
  • Build and maintain production services using C#/.NET.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, data models, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and resiliency.
  • Support platform modernization, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Manage multiple development and integration workstreams.
  • Participate in code reviews, engineering standards, and technical design discussions.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong C#/.NET backend development experience.
  • Experience within financial services; Private Wealth or wealth management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced SQL and data skills, including Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake.
  • Full-stack web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience integrating REST and/or SOAP services using JSON/XML.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Ability to independently solve complex technical problems and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure, Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architectures, Excel/VBA, and AI-assisted development tools is preferred.

Location

Compensation

$130,000–$180,000 annual base salary. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, education, and business needs. The position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance, retirement benefits, life insurance, and other benefits for eligible employees.
