Role Overview

We are seeking aSenior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise acrossbackend, frontend, cloud, and AI-driven application development . This role is ideal for ahands-on technical leader who can design, build, and own end-to-end systems—especiallyAI-powered, data-intensive, and GenAI-enabled platforms .

This is atechnical leadership role , not a people-management position. You will lead architecture, engineering decisions, and implementation while remaining deeply hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliverfull-stack applications usingPython and Java
  • Buildscalable backend services usingFastAPI, REST APIs , and microservices architecture
  • Develop and integrateUI/UX components , collaborating closely with design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences
  • Architect and implementAI-enabled features , including:
  • Generative AI and prompt-engineering workflows
  • Agentic AI systems and orchestration patterns
  • Leadend-to-end system design , from frontend to backend to cloud deployment
  • Implement and maintainCI/CD pipelines , ensuring high code quality and automated deployments
  • Design and optimizecloud-native solutions acrossAWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Work withdata engineering and cloud services , including large-scale data processing and analytics platforms
  • Providetechnical leadership , including code reviews, architectural guidance, and best-practice enforcement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, data, AI, platform) to deliver production-grade solutions
Required Technical Skills

Core Engineering

  • Python (advanced)
  • Java
  • FastAPI
  • REST API design and integration
  • Strong full-stack development experience (backend + frontend)
  • UI/UX collaboration and implementation experience

AI / ML / GenAI

  • Machine Learning fundamentals
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Generative AI concepts and implementation
  • Prompt Engineering
  • Agentic AI frameworks and workflows
  • Experience withAWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Cloud data services such as:
  • Amazon Redshift
  • Google BigQuery
  • AI platforms and services:
  • AWS Bedrock
  • AWS SageMaker
  • Data engineering and cloud-based data pipelines
  • Cloud functions and serverless architectures

DevOps & Delivery

  • Containerization and deployment best practices

Technical Leadership Expectations

  • Act as atechnical lead and system owner
  • Drive architecture and engineering standards
  • Make design decisions with scalability, security, and performance in mind
  • Mentor engineers technically (no direct people management)
  • Lead by example through hands-on development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior work onproduction GenAI or agent-based systems
  • Background in regulated or large-scale environments (financial services, healthcare, enterprise SaaS)
