We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support the development of an end-to-end campaign management portal for CMX business operations.

This role focuses on building scalable front-end and back-end solutions to unify fragmented processes into a single platform.

The candidate will play a key role in development, code quality, stakeholder collaboration, and future integration with AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of the campaign management portal.
  • Build scalable web applications using modern frameworks and microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners during the initial development phase.
  • Review code developed by team members to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Act as a central point of ownership for the application, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Lead deployment activities, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and promote releases to production.
  • Provide technical guidance to data engineering and data science teams working on AI components.
  • Contribute to system architecture planning for future phases, including AI integration.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in full stack development with expertise in React and TypeScript for front-end development.
  • Proficiency in backend development using Python, particularly FastAPI, and building microservices.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
  • Understanding of application integration, including caching mechanisms and performance optimization.
  • Experience with caching technologies such as Redis.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and deployment processes.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to perform code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI technologies, including chatbots or agent-based systems.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including data engineering and data science.
