Owning the end-to-end redemption experience, the part-time Senior Fulfillment Manager will manage fulfillment operations, vendor relationships, and catalog strategies while working remotely from anywhere in the US. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire redemption pipeline, including order intake, vendor routing, and shipping logistics Manage fulfillment vendors against SLAs and develop processes for handling complex fulfillment issues Lead catalog management efforts, sourcing new products, and ensuring a diverse and fresh selection for customers Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, or merchandising, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Hands-on experience with merchandising or catalog management Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and negotiating terms Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in spreadsheets and dashboards; familiarity with SQL is a plus Desire to build sustainable processes and relationships within a growing team
