We are looking for strong, inquisitive engineers with clever solutions, and a desire to join a small but fast growing team of Engineers (<20) to get in early and influence our technology.What you'll be doingDevelop production-grade software that is modular, reusable, scalable, and highly functioningWrite comprehensive tests, use best practice testing practices, and maintain test coverageIntroduce engineering process improvements and tools (depending on seniority level)Mentoring/pair programming/leadership (depending on seniority level)Skills we're seeking5+ years of experience with front-end engineering focusing on modern JavaScript frameworks2+ recent years of experience with ReactStrong experience with state management: RxJS, ReduxExperience working on Agile/Scrum teamsExperience working in fast-pace "startup type" environmentsNice to have experienceExperience with ES6 (aka Ecmascript 2015) and ES5 standardsExperience with best practices of frontend security, authentication, and authorization techniques (e.g. JWT tokens, OAuth) and common hacker avoidance practices.Regularly practice test driven development (TDD) with unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, etc
