This is a greenfield UI initiative, and you'll play a pivotal role in the entire lifecycle—from design to deployment—ensuring a robust, scalable, and high-performance front-end experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of a brand-new React-based front-end applicationCollaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless, responsive, and intuitive interfacesTranslate design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, reusable codeBuild scalable component libraries and design systems that ensure consistency and performanceOptimize UI for maximum speed and scalabilityWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeIdentify and troubleshoot performance and usability issuesParticipate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural decisionsRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer, with strong focus on React.jsProficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.)Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration with back-end systemsFamiliarity with UI/UX best practices and accessibility standardsExperience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)Experience with version control systems like GitAbility to work independently and take ownership of the front-end buildNice to HaveExperience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines for front-end applicationsFamiliarity with design tools such as Figma or SketchKnowledge of performance monitoring tools and debugging techniquesExposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
