Senior Front-End EngineerWe are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to design and develop customer-facing AI chatbot experiences and modern front-end applications. In this role, you will contribute to complex UI implementations, help shape front-end standards and best practices, and partner closely with Product, UX, and Backend/AI teams to deliver scalable, high-quality conversational experiences.Responsibilities & Deliverables:Design and implement customer-facing chatbot UIs and front-end applications using React and Next.jsContribute to front-end architecture decisions to support scalability, performance, and long-term maintainabilityBuild and evolve reusable component libraries and front-end patterns aligned with UX and branding standardsIntegrate front-end applications with backend APIs and AI/LLM-driven servicesProactively identify and resolve performance, accessibility, and cross-browser issuesSupport high-quality engineering practices through code reviews, documentation, and technical guidanceCollaborate with backend engineers, UX designers, Product, and engineering leadership to deliver end-to-end featuresMentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong front-end engineering cultureRequired Skills & Experience:Extensive experience building complex front?end applications with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScriptStrong hands?on experience with Next.js, including performance optimization and rendering strategiesDeep understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and front?end performance best practicesProven experience integrating front?end applications with APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)Strong grasp of state management patterns and front?end architectureExperience owning features end?to?end in a production environmentProficiency with Git/GitHub in a collaborative, team?based development environmentDemonstrated interest or experience building AI ? powered, conversational, or real ?
