Leading financial strategy and planning, the full-time Senior FP&A Manager will own the budgeting process, oversee corporate variance reporting, and provide executive-level insights in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the annual budgeting process, rolling multi-year financial forecasts, and long-range strategic planning across all business units Serve as the lead financial advisor to executive leadership, delivering strategic risk assessments and scenario modeling for major initiatives Modernize financial tech stack infrastructure and build a high-performing FP&A team to align cross-departmental KPIs with financial targets Required qualifications Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or management accounting within a technology or software company Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred Proven success leading enterprise FP&A at scale, preferably in public or high-growth private equity-backed environments Deep mastery of enterprise platforms such as Netsuite, Google Sheets, and Adaptive Insights Proficient in SaaS business models and key metrics, with a strong business judgment and curiosity
