Leading enterprise forecasting and budgeting processes, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will leverage Oracle Cloud EPM to manage planning models, partner with FP&A leadership, and ensure data integrity while working in a hybrid environment in Cary, North Carolina or remotely. Key responsibilities Own FP&A planning processes for annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic plans Design and maintain FP&A planning models and financial logic within Oracle EPM Collaborate with IT and Finance Data & Analytics on the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field Eight years of experience in financial or accounting systems support, including change management and systems implementation Experience leading at least one end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementation Demonstrated experience with rolling forecasts and long-range planning solutions within Oracle EPM or similar platforms Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions while partnering with FP&A stakeholders
