Overview
Financial Planning and Analysis support the planning & forecasting and performance tracking function. This role focus on analyzing business performance and supporting general purchasing and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining financial models to project future performance and assess the impact of different scenarios to assist with long term financial planning.
- Monitor financial performance, track expenditures, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and support operating budgeting process.
- Assess the feasibility of investments. Prepares cost benefit and payback analysis.
- Monitor projects expenditures and execution vs budget and timelines.
- Perform benchmarking about industry trends, economic conditions, and company performance.
- Develop financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Monitor operating and capital expenditures in areas such as information technology (IT), Human Resources, Risk Management (insurance), Contracts, Infrastructure etc.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to management and other stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
- Trains, documents and maintains financial and planning policies and procedures up to date
- Work in special projects per management's request
- Backfill for General Purchasing function.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Education and Experience
Business Administration Bachelor degree (BS/BA) with a major on Finance or Accounting, from a four-year college and five years of related experience and training.

- Financial Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Computer Skills: Experienced with ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office, advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Power BI, and data visualization tools.
Compensation
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
