- Work directly with customers to understand their engineering challenges and shape impactful software solutions.
- Build rapid prototypes, gather user feedback, and iterate toward production-ready applications.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.
- Work with data scientists and machine learning engineers to bring advanced physics models into customer-facing applications.
- Deploy and operate applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, AWS
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, designers, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Identify reusable components and contribute improvements to the core platform.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering applications to production.
- Strong experience with Python, backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
- Experience working with AWS
- Ability to take ownership of complex problems and drive solutions end-to-end.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
