Norstella is seeking a Senior Forge AI Engineer to accelerate the Forge platform, an autonomous agentic system that replaces traditional SDLC with end-to-end agent chains. You will own the full stack from orchestration to memory and safety primitives, shipping production-grade AI tooling.
You’ll work across multi-agent coordination, MCP server design, RAG pipelines, and evaluation harnesses, solving hard reliability and compliance challenges in a regulated healthcare data domain.
