CenterWell / Conviva Primary Care in Lake Park, Florida is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide hands-on care for seniors. You will report to the Associate Medical Director and work onsite at the Lake Park Center, addressing medical needs and social determinants of health.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with 14–17 patients per day and 45-minute appointments. Base pay ranges from $255,000 to $298,500 per year, plus a bonus incentive plan and comprehensive Humana benefits.
