My client is a tiny, but EXPLODING aerospace/satelite focused company, developing mission-focused spacecraft and constellation designs, with a strong focus on innovative spacecraft architecture and onboard software. 10+ years of flight software development experience.
C++, Rust, or embedded C on custom avionics boards; non-FPGA).
Proven background in Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) algorithm implementation,
Extensive Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) testing and validation.
Experience with mission/orbital analysis and Monte Carlo simulations.
Experience developing flight software modules (C&DH, fault management, GNC, payload integration)
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Ability to lead complex software programs from concept through on-orbit operations.
US Citizenship required (must hold or be eligible to obtain a security clearance).
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Base salary is budgeted from $150,000 to $200,000 per year, plus approximately 0.5% in equity. If there is synergy, we will reach out ASAP.
