Senior Flight Software Engineer

As a key contributor to the verification of embedded software, the full-time Senior Flight Software Verification Engineer will work remotely or in Mountain View, CA, focusing on developing DO-178C verification strategies, creating tooling for software verification, and overseeing test development while interacting with flight hardware. Key responsibilities Contribute to the DO-178C verification strategy and implementation Create tooling to ensure an effective and compliant software verification environment Oversee and author test development, including tool qualification in accordance with DO-178C/DO-330 Required qualifications 5+ years of experience with C or C++ Experience in safety-critical verification of software to achieve DO-178C objectives or comparable standards Experience with requirements-based testing in unit test and Hardware-In-The-Loop environments Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience
