As a Principal Verification Test Engineer (Microprocessor), you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting the development and verification of cutting-edge microprocessor designs.Location: 8000 Metropolis Drive, Austin, TX 78744Pay Range: $75 - $80 per hour on W2What's the Job?Define and implement comprehensive test plans for microprocessor verification.Develop SystemVerilog / UVM based unit level test benches, including stimulus, checkers, monitors, and assertions.Analyze and debug regression failures to ensure design robustness.Develop and analyze functional coverage on North Bridge / Data Fabric Design.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize verification processes and improve design quality.What's Needed?Extensive experience with SystemVerilog, Verilog, UVM, C/C++, and scripting languages such as Perl.Strong understanding of computer and peripheral architectures.Demonstrated expertise in functional verification of microprocessor designs.Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
