- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to gather and define product requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 4–7+ years of related embedded firmware development experience, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) desired
- 4–7+ years of embedded device development using object-oriented programming in C/C++
- Ability to effectively use oscilloscopes, analyzers, power supplies, and similar equipment
- Embedded Linux experience is a plus
- FPGA experience is a plus
- Experience with USB and/or Ethernet devices is beneficial
- Experience with DC and stepper motors is a major plus
- Working knowledge of source code management and configuration
- Strong understanding of development processes, principles, and objectives
- Experience across the full development life cycle, including design, architecture, and implementation
- Experience implementing security protocols and cryptographic techniques, and documenting system security aspects, highly desired
- Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to learn and apply new skills and technologies quickly
- Experience working in a highly collaborative and dynamic multi-team environment
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and development work consistently and logically
- Must be currently and legally authorized to reside and work in the hiring country
