If you have strong subject matter expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and/or Workday Financials and have participated in full lifecycle ERP Financial implementations and possesses expertise in at least one Finance workstream and are looking for your next career move, apply now. We are looking for a Senior Financials ERP Financial Business Analyst to support a State Government ERP Financial Management System (FMS) modernization initiative. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Wilmington or Newark, DE with one day monthly in Dover, DE. Analyze current-state business processes and define future-state ERP solutions Lead functional workshops and requirements sessions with business stakeholders Develop business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and business rules Perform business process gap analysis and recommend standardized future-state processes Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, data validation, and migration support Support functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution Validate ERP configuration against approved business requirements and functional design Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis or Functional Consulting experience supporting ERP Financial systems Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft Financials and/or Workday Financial Management Participation in full lifecycle ERP Financial implementation from requirements through go-live Purchase-to-Pay (Purchasing, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable) General Ledger Accounts Receivable / Billing Projects & Grants Asset Management Experience supporting PeopleSoft-to-Workday transformations Experience with State Government financial operations, including Fund Accounting, Grants, Appropriations, Budget Control, and Commitment Control Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and reconciliation Public Sector or State Government ERP implementation experience  Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
