What You’ll Do

• Lead preparation and filing of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks.
• Oversee technical accounting areas including stock-based compensation, derivatives, and cash flow statements.
• Research and implement new GAAP and SEC guidance.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and process improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 8+ years of public accounting or SEC reporting experience.
• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• CPA preferred.

Compensation

• Base salary: $150,000–$160,000
• Bonus: 10%
