Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Ascend Talent Partners is partnering with a publicly traded company to identify a Sr. SEC Reporting Analyst to join its corporate accounting team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional ready to build deeper SEC reporting experience within a sophisticated public company environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to 10-K and 10-Q filings, financial statement footnotes, MD&A, GAAP and SEC research, SOX compliance, external auditors, and other key financial reporting initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3–5 years of public accounting and/or financial reporting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• SEC reporting or SEC research experience is a plus
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment

Hybrid: 4 days per week in office
