Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

To support investment accounting and reporting, the full-time Senior Financial Reporting Accountant will manage the accurate and timely accounting and reporting of financial information in accordance with GAAP and Statutory requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close and reporting cycles, including account reconciliations and financial analysis Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, management reports, and supporting documentation Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree, MBA, or CPA preferred Relevant experience in public accounting, insurance, financial services, or corporate financial reporting Strong understanding of GAAP and Statutory accounting and reporting requirements Experience in financial statement preparation and disclosure reporting Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sets
