This role is ideal for a technically strong planner with deep eMoney expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to contribute meaningfully within client relationships while supporting senior advisors and partners.Job Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientsUtilize eMoney extensively for financial modeling, scenario analysis, and planning recommendationsPartner closely with senior advisors and firm leadership to support ongoing client relationshipsParticipate in client meetings and contribute to planning discussions and strategic recommendationsAnalyze complex financial situations involving retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, cash flow, and investment coordinationDevelop customized planning strategies tailored to clients' long-term goals and objectivesAssist in identifying planning opportunities and delivering proactive client adviceCollaborate with internal teams and external professionals to support integrated client solutionsHelp ensure a high-touch, detail-oriented client experienceQualifications:CFP® certification required3+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related advisory roleAdvanced proficiency with eMoney and financial planning softwareStrong technical knowledge across retirement, tax, estate, and wealth transfer planningExperience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients preferredExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities with the confidence to contribute in client-facing environmentsHigh attention to detail, professionalism, and intellectual curiosityAbility to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environmentThis position is an exempt position.
The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $130,000-$160,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package.
