Responsibilities include:Provide oversight and management of Contractor personnel.
Experience in supporting DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), with emphasis on program planning and analysis, budget preparation and justification, and funds execution. Demonstrated experience of DoD financial accounting systems. Examples are: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Mechanization of Contract Administration Services System (MOCAS). Demonstrated experience in contract analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.Qualifications include:Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial disciplineSenior level experience10+ years relevant experience in Financial Management or financial/cost analysis. Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.DoD/Navy ACAT I ProgramSecret Clearance *Position is contingent upon award.
