Overseeing the financial management of the organization, the full-time Senior Financial Controller will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting responsibilities Prepare and manage budgets, including regular forecasting for business needs Oversee federal and state tax reporting and compliance, as well as financial audits Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS financial reporting standards Experience with financial modeling and data analysis Proficiency in financial software or ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite
